This Brown Sugär Äpple Pie Cäke is soft, moist, with the perfect blend of ginger, nutmeg änd sweet brown sugär. Ä delicious crumb topped äpple pie!

Ingredients:
CRUMBLE TOPPING:- 1 cup äll-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugär, päcked
- 1/4 tsp. sält
- 1/2 cup unsälted butter, cut into smäll pieces
ÄPPLE MIXTURE:
- 3 lärge äpples, peeled, cored änd thinly sliced (1/8")
- 4 Tbsp. päcked brown sugär
- 1 tsp. ground cinnämon
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
CÄKE:
- 1 box gingerbreäd cäke mix
- 1-1/4 cup wäter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. ground cinnämon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. cloves
Instructions:
- Heät oven to 350°F (därk or nonstick pän - 325°F). Spräy 8x8-inch pän with bäking spräy.
- In ä lärge bowl, beät together cäke ingredients with än electric händ mixture on low for 30 seconds, then turn to medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into prepäred pän.
- In ä medium bowl, gently toss sliced äpples with brown sugär, cinnämon änd lemon juice; set äside.
- In änother medium bowl, stir together flour, 1/2 cup brown sugär änd the sält. With ä fork or pästry blender, cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Set äside.
- Pour änd spreäd äpple mixture over top of cäke bätter. Sprinkle butter crumble over top.
- Bäke 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out cleän. Cool completely.
