Thick and Fluffy Flourless Banana Smoothie Pancakes (V, GF)- Quick, easy and SUPER fluffy blender pancakes made with NO eggs, no flour and NO sugar! The perfect breakfast to keep you satisfied! {vegan, gluten free, sugar free recipe}

Ingredients:


  • 1 heaping cup rolled oats (gluten free, if needed)
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice (non-dairy, if needed)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup*
  • Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract or ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions:


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
