This Weight Watchers Banana Bread is so good you won't miss those extra calories! It is definitely a Weight Watchers recipe you will want to keep!
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup old fashioned oats
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
Wet ingredients
1 cup mashed ripe bananas 2 large bananas
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs large
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
2 tablespoons mini chocolate chip
You’ll Need:
Dry ingredients1 cup whole wheat flour

Wet ingredients
1 cup mashed ripe bananas 2 large bananas
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs large
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
2 tablespoons mini chocolate chip
Instructions:
- Mix all the dry items in a large bowl until well-combined.
- Mix all the wet items in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Add the liquid into the dry ingredients and fold it in until just blended
- Divide the batter into 4 greased mini loaf pans sized 5 inches by 3 inches.
- Sprinkle 1/2 tablespoon of chocolate chips on top of each mini loaf.
- Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes:
- If you are a Weight Watchers follower this makes 8 servings. Each serving is 1/2 of a mini loaf.
- This is 3 myWW points for Blue & Green. It is 2 myWW points for Purple.
- If you leave off the chocolate chips it will be 2 points for Blue & Green and 1 point for Purple.
