Creamy, indulgent, sweet and tangy goodness, this High Protein Raspberry Cheesecake Smoothie makes the perfect healthy breakfast or healthy snack. Pretty and pink and naturally sweetened, this healthy smoothie has 6 simple ingredients and is so refreshing and sure to please


You’ll Need:

  • 1 cup coconut water, coconut milk or milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup Nancy's organic cultured whole milk cottage cheese
  • 10 oz frozen organic raspberries
  • 1 to 2 tbsp raw honey or organic maple syrup - OR - 1/4 tsp liquid stevia
  • 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 cups crushed ice - made from filtered water

Instructions:


  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until fully combined and smooth.
  2. Serve immediately. Enjoy!


Notes:


  • This is delicious topped with homemade coconut whipped cream.
  • If your blender isn't a high powered one, you might need to add an additional 1/2 cup of coconut water, coconut milk or milk of choice to get it to blend.
