Whole30 baked buffalo chicken meatballs is a one-pot, 30 minute meal. A simple recipe that's bursting with flavor. Blue cheese optional.

Ingredients:


  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Frank’s Red Hot sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons paleo mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons almond flour

Instructions:


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
