Start the day with this flavorful and healing combination of antioxidant and anti-inflammatory ingredients.

Ingredients:


  • 6 cups water
  • 1 large chunk fresh ginger
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Juice of 6 fresh lemons
  • Raw honey

Instructions:
