Slow Cooker Spaghetti Squash & Meatballs (Whole30, Paleo)


Spaghetti squash and homemade, whole30/paleo meatballs cook together in the slow cooker in this super easy and healthy one-pot meal.

Ingredients:


  • 2 lb spaghetti squash
  • 28 ounces diced tomatoes

Meatballs:

  • 1 lb Jennie-O extra-lean ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions:


  1. Pour diced tomatoes into the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Cut spaghetti squash in half, crosswise. Scoop out the seeds and add to the slow cooker, hole side down.
